These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Erie DJ Company ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the eriedjco.com website and any related media forms, channels, or pages (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.
Erie DJ Company provides professional DJ, lighting, karaoke, and photo booth services for weddings, corporate events, school and college events, birthday parties, fundraisers, and other events primarily in Erie, PA and surrounding areas of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York.
All bookings are subject to a separate service agreement or contract executed between Erie DJ Company and the client. These Terms and Conditions apply to your general use of the Site and do not replace any executed service contract.
Quote requests, booking inquiries, and contact forms on the Site are powered by JotForm. Information you submit through these forms — including your name, email address, phone number, event date, and event details — is transmitted to and stored by JotForm and also forwarded to Erie DJ Company. By submitting a form, you agree to JotForm's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Submission of a form does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed booking.
Erie DJ Company uses a client portal and internal dashboard for managing bookings, events, invoices, and payments. Data entered into or generated through these tools is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database (SQLite) hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. By creating an account or submitting information through the client portal, you consent to your data being stored in this manner. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We accept payment via Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Square, and other major payment methods as listed on our Make a Payment page. All payment processing is handled directly by those third-party platforms. Erie DJ Company does not store credit card or financial account information. Please review the terms and privacy policies of your chosen payment platform.
Deposit and cancellation terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. All deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all of its content — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of Erie DJ Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without our express prior written permission.

We use Google Analytics (property ID: G-HN8F2SHXKM) to collect anonymous usage data about how visitors interact with the Site. This includes pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Erie DJ Company does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erie DJ Company and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
Erie DJ Company carries general liability insurance and can add venues as additional insured upon request. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failure caused by venue power issues, acts of nature, or venue-imposed restrictions. Specific liability terms for your event are governed by your signed service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Erie County, Pennsylvania.
